To give people prophetic insights to provide focus for their future
To encourage, bring comfort and build people up in their faith
To explain Bible prophecy, to give people hope
To bring insight and prophetic direction to leaders and churches
To teach a biblical prophetical world view so people will be informed about current events and so have confidence in difficult times

Evangelism Training

KEY - To help churches grow by attracting, leading people to Christ and adding new people to the local church

To conduct evangelism weekends to raise the awareness of the need to reach out to Unchurched people and build bridges to those who do not attend church
To explain in practical ways how to lead a person across the line of faith and accept Christ as Savior and join the church
To teach on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as required and encourage people to become Spirit filled
To conduct "Community Reach Outs" - training and leading a team from the church over a week. Reaching contacts of the church and around the church through surveys, visitation and special events
To assist the church to reach all visitors and contacts and encourage them to attend an event or course conducted by the church

KEY - To encourage seniors there is life after life and how to make the most of today and to prepare for tomorrow

To encourage seniors with a positive life giving message
To comfort mature age people by teaching on Biblical themes showing God has control of our future
To build the faith of seniors by teaching that God will never leave or forsake His people
To show seniors that God has a future and a hope for all His people
To give seniors a hope for this life now, and to remove fear about the life to come

KEY - Leadership development seeks to help people discover and develop their leadership potential to bring personal fulfillment and growth to your group

To teach that all are anointed by the Holy Spirit to influence the group of people we mix with all the time
To teach that no matter where we are placed in our church or organization we all can lead up to our leaders, across to our peers or down to our group if we lean the skills
To bring prophetic insight to leadership teams in the church to give a new challenge for a successful future
To help people discover and use their spiritual gifts to build up the group and reach out to new people
There is a leader in all of us and we need training to release our hidden potential in all areas of our life

KEY - To provide a backup for leaders/ pastors to allow them to get away and be refreshed knowing the group will be cared for in their absence

To provide relief ministry to a church when leader is on holidays or long service leave
In the event of a major crisis in the church/group I will provide relief ministry as Interim Leader till a new appointment is made, working several days a week
To allow leaders to be refreshed and encouraged I will provide ministry over two weekends with mid week meetings. This will allow leaders three weeks out for rest or to attend a conference
To mentor leaders/pastors, meeting bi monthly to encourage and resource and advise as required
To provide added backup and support to leaders in the field

KEY - To encourage growth in the church through increased giving and personal financial break -through for its members as they sow and reap

To teach on the benefits of giving to achieve a financial breakthrough in personal finances
To assist your group to increase its weekly offerings
To assist the group to plan an annual budget
To assist group to raise income for special projects or building fund through pledge offerings
To assist the group to raise money for Missions
